2011 LANCE TRAVEL TRAILER

Over the past 4 years, we have transformed our manufacturing process using new technology, new automated cutting, routing and drilling  machinery, and new lamination equipment. Now, the structural part of our travel trailers, like our campers, are precision made of aluminum and structural foam, bonded with high strength adhesives and enormous pressure. Wood is no longer a framework material.

This is a vast product improvement. That is why the decision was made to expand into travel trailers. There has never been a travel trailer available with such precision made components. Our cabinets look like they came from a custom home. No bare wood sticks and no staples. They are made of special imported light plywood and screwed together. A vast difference that is easy to see.
